Randy and I are heading to Kansas this morning to spend 4th of July with his family. That means lots of home cooking and fireworks on the farm. He seems to think I will be lighting some myself this year. We'll see...Hope you all have a fun and safe weekend and enjoy plenty of family, friends, food, and fireworks yourselves.

I'm certainly not lighting any! I know it makes me sound like a total Scrooge, but I'm pretty much indifferent to fireworks now that I'm an adult. They are fun to watch, but you won't find me fighting with my brothers over who gets to light the next one anymore.
